So more travelling posts from me!

I am excited about the next couple of months as I am going to Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam for a week in February and in March I am going on a road trip to Tsu in Mie!

What are your plans for the next couple of months?
Lately, I've been thinking about how much I love travelling! It's been such a great experience staying in Japan for so long and seeing so much of this beautiful country and I can't wait to get back again to see much more.

So the reason why I am remembering how great it is to travel is that this journey will be ending soon. Or well in three months time, but I just finally decided when to go home. My working holiday visa expires in April and I will therefore be heading home to Denmark on the 11th of April! It almost feels like I am going travelling again because it's been so long since I've seen my home and my friends. It's going to be sad to leave but I can't wait to see everyone again.

I also am going to do a lot of travelling it seems here in 2010. One of my friend's is moving to Athens with her job for 6 months and I will go visit her for some time in late spring. I am also going to travel with some friends to some sunny place where we'll relax and sip drinks everyday! And that's just the beginning of it.

I hope all of you will go travel and see some exciting things when you have time! I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope everyone had a great one. This was my first time to celebrate new year's eve outside little Denmark and I had such a great evening, however very different to me. I celebrated Japanese style I guess, soba, visit to a temple and a lot of good food on the 1st of January! It was really nice.

In Denmark, we celebrate new year's like so many other places in Europe: big party with friends and fireworks in the streets. Every year our queen makes a speech about the year past that we watch on TV and at midnight we count down the seconds to the sound of our city hall clock. It's great!

I wish everyone a good new year with lots of good experiences and fun!
