Vaccinated travellers can enjoy quarantine-free travel between Singapore and seven European countries (Denmark, France, Germany*, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom), Canada, and the United States starting 19 October 2021, as well as South Korea starting 15 November 2021.

  Travel from Singapore to these countries can be on any Singapore Airlines flight, while travel from these countries to Singapore must be on designated Vaccinated Travel Lane VTL flights. Travelling to multiple VTL countries within the same trip is allowed. Travellers will be required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and take two Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests when flying into Singapore. Short-term visitors and Long-Term Pass holders need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) to board the VTL flights to Singapore, which can be done online.

  Flying from Singapore to a VTL countryYou may select any Singapore Airlines flight out of Singapore to a VTL country.

  Most VTL countries provide quarantine and test-free entry to vaccinated travellers from Singapore. The exceptions are:

  Brunei: Quarantine and testing are both required

  Italy: A pre-departure PCR test or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) taken 72 hours prior to the flight.

  South Korea: A pre-departure PCR test taken 72 hours prior to the flight.

  The UK: A post-arrival PCR test on Day 2 (requires pre-booking).

  The USA: A pre-departure ART to be taken 72 hours prior to the flight.

  There may also be entry restrictions by the VTL countries based on your travel history prior to departure, Please check our travel advisories to confirm. Residents of Singapore who have been in SIngapore for more than 14 days are not impacted.

  You may also be required to provide a vaccination certificate upon arrival. For vaccinated travellers planning to fly to South Korea, your vaccination certificate must be issued in Singapore or South Korea.

  To facilitate verification by the relevant authorities, travellers from Singapore may use Notarise to digitally authenticate and endorse the pre-departure test and/or vaccination certificates.

  Additionally, vaccinated travellers from Singapore can visit South Korea quarantine-free starting 15 November 2021.
