お早うございます。昨日は夕立の雨が一時とても強く降りました。
島根の方では局地的な大雨で連日の被害が出ているようです。
これまでに経験したことのない雨、そして猛暑
近年自然環境の変化がめまぐるしく
その変化に社会全体も人の身体もついて行けない､この夏･･･
皆さんはいかがお過ごしの事でしょうか。。。
■自然とは 通り一遍 脅を成す
先週は現場の技術報告をしようと思っていましたが･･･
早朝会議や夕方ミーティング、現場調査その後の設計積算、等
打ち合わせごとが多く技術報告出来ませんでした。
焦らず落ち着きましたらいろいろと報告をしたいと思います。
■多忙の忙 心亡くすと 格崩れ
多忙の忙は心亡くすと書きます。
多忙になると一つ一つの事にこころを込めて出来なくなりがちですが・・・
その結果自分の格を見失う結果につながると思います。
どんなに忙しくても自分の意識の格（軸）はぶれないよう心掛けて生活していきたいと思います。

赤字とは・・・社長の甘えです。
社長が赤字になっても良いと決定したからです。罪悪です。赤字は絶対に避けるという意識を持って、１円なりとも損をしないようにする事です。
経営者の誰もが赤字に甘んじようという考えは無いと思います。
赤字になる原因は単純に考えますと固定経費の平行線に対し売り上げの推移が右肩下がりになってきた時に症状が現われると思います。
赤字になる要素は業種によって様々に違うとは思いますが、このことも一概には言えません。
例えば為替の変動で一日で莫大な利益を挙げ黒字修正する場合もありますし、リーマンショックの世界に波及するような経済危機の影響を受け赤字どころか破綻に追い込まれる場合もあります。
いずれにしても経営者は気を緩めることは出来ません。
しかし赤字は社長一人の問題かというと、それは会社全体の問題でもあると思います。
最終責任は社長にあるとはいえ右肩下がりを右肩上がりに会社全体で盛り上げる事が大事かと思います。
そのためにはどうしたらよいか、それは一人一人に当えらてれた仕事の課題を効率よく取り組む事とだと思います。
私が座右の銘としている言葉に「一身独立して一国独立する」という福沢諭吉の言葉があります。
会社も同様社員一人一人が独立心をもって取り組まなければ、社長任せの企業に終わるとおもいます。
