「YAMANEKO will stay in the parliament」
４月２７日 山ネコ国会議事堂に住む！？
↑I stayed in this room (No.315) last night.
３１５号室に昨夜は泊まった。
↑At Burger King I ate breakfast.
バーガーキングで朝食。
↑I had 6 hours before I left Wellington so I decided to climb Mt. Victoria.
ウェリントンを経つまで６時間あったので、ビクトリア山に登ることにした。

↑After that, I went to the parliament. We can observe inside for free with a guide. In Japan it’s very difficult for a normal person to observe the parliament, though I observed twice when I went on a school trip as a teacher with my students.
その後、国会議事堂へ行った。タダで見学できるし、案内もしてくれる。日本では一般人が国会見学するのは難しい。まぁtorojiro先生は修学旅行の引率で２回行っておるのですが・・・。
↑I made friends with two Kiwi women. Left is Janet who has been to Japan for 3 years as an English teacher, and right is Christina who explained about the parliament politely. I gave No.217 YAMANEKO doll to Christina, and No.218 YAMANEKO doll to Janet. I expect that they will display their YAMANEKO dolls in the parliament. It means YAMANEKO can stay in the parliament, can’t he?
２人の女性と仲良くなったぞ～。左はjanetさん。英語の先生として日本に３年間いたそうです。右はchristinaさん、本日とても丁寧に国会議事堂内を案内、説明してくれました。山ネコNo.２１７をchristinaさんへ。山ネコNo.２１８をjanetさんへプレゼント。国会議事堂内に飾ってくれるでしょう。それって、山ネコが国会議事堂に住み着くってことかな？
After the parliament, I moved to a bus stop to take the 2 o’clock bus.
国会議事堂の後、２時のバスに乗るためバス停へ向かった。

ネピアという町へ行きます。そこまで５時間かかる。
↑On the way there, I saw a train. It is the only train each day.
途中電車を見かけた。それは、１日１本の電車。
↑At Nepier, I went to Pack’n’Save, which is a popular supermarket in New Zealand, and bought Sushi and Hamburger. It was not bad.
ネピアでパックンセーブに行った。ニュージーランドでは有名なスーパーです。寿司とハンバーガーを買った。う～ん、まぁ悪くはないなぁ。
↑This is Tiago who is from Brazil. He visited a lot of places in the South Island in 2 weeks. He is going around the North Island now. I gave No.219 YAMANEKO doll to him. It’s the first time that YAMANEKO goes to Brazil.
