「I walked a lot.」
４月２５日 いっぱい歩いたぞ～！
↑Kalo and Sivi brought me to a bus stop early in the morning. I went to McDonald’s and wrote my blog because I arrived more than 1 hour before departure. It has been a long time since I went to McDonald’s because we don’t have it in Tonga.
KaloさんとSiviさんがバス停まで送ってくれた。マクドナルドへ行き、ブログを書いた。１時間以上前に着いてしまったから・・・。マクドナルドは久しぶり！トンガに無いからね～。
↑At 8 o’clock I left Auckland. I will go to New Plymouth today.
８時にオークランドを経って、今日はニュープリマウスへ行く。
↑Where are you going? Sheep were carried to somewhere.
何処に行くの～？羊さん達がどっかへ運ばれました・・・。
↑Though we have “ANZ” bank in Tonga…
トンガにもＡＮＺバンクはあるんだけど・・・

BNZがあるとは知らなかったなぁ。
↑At Hamilton we had a break for one hour.
ハミルトンで１時間の休憩をして
↑At half past one, we arrived at New Plymouth.
１時半にニュープリマウスに到着。
↑There is a good walkway so I walked a little after that, I went to the tourist center and then I asked for a recommendation of New Plymouth.
いい感じの歩く所があったので、ちょっとだけ歩いてビジターセンターに行った。そこでお勧めを聞いたら・・・
↑The staff recommended me the walkway… .So I decided to go to the west and then go to the east. This is the museum located with the tourist center.
その歩く所を勧められた・・・そうなのね。 それで西と東へ歩いて行くことに決めた。これはビジターセンターと一緒の所にある博物館です。サメこわ～。山ネコがサメを食べてしまいそうだ！

西の景色です。端まで３０分かかった。

東の景色です。時間が無かったので端まで行けなかった。

↑This is a traffic signal. Perhaps it says green is go, red is don’t cross, or something like that. I think the pedestrian signals have very short time. What do you think?
信号機です。英語が分からないのですが、多分、「青は渡れ！黄色は急いで渡れ！赤はすきを見て渡れ！」って言うような事が書いてあるのだと思います。ところで、日本は「青は渡れ」って言いますが、あれって緑でしょ？？って語学講師だったアイルランド人が言っていました。日本に来た外国人は皆そのように思うそうです。確かに！昔は青かったのか？？誰か信号マニアな方教えてください。

↑After the walkway, I visited Puke kura Park.
歩く所の後、プカクラ公園に行った。
There was lots of attractive scenery in the park
なかなか魅力的な景色がたくさん。微妙な景色もたくさん・・・。
↑After that, I walked to YHA (today’s accommodation). It became dark. Recently the sun set is getting earlier than before.
その後、ユースホステルまで歩いて行った。暗くなってきた。最近日没が早くなったなぁ。
I was tired a little, maybe because I walked nearly 4 hours and I was riding the bus more than 5 hours. I will sleep well tonight.
ちょっと疲れた。４時間近く歩いて、５時間以上バスに乗っていたからね～。今日はよく眠れるでしょう。
