「Puddle, Electric bill, TIOE, Injection 」
４月２０日 水たまり、電気代、教員養成学校、注射
↑Recently, it rained a lot so my way to go to CDU became like that. It is a main street and the biggest one.
It is not a puddle but a lake.
最近雨が多いのでCDUに行くまでの道はこんな感じになった。これでもメインストリート、一番大きな道なんですけど・・・。
これ・・・水たまりじゃなくて湖になってますけど・・・。
↑My electric bills in the last three months were nearly 200 pa’anga(10,000yen) per month. I cannot believe it, and my landlord said it’s the first time that electric bills became so expensive. Something is definitely wrong!
So we asked Tongan Power Company to check it, but nobody came. I waited to pay the latest one until the electrician came and everything become clear, but yesterday suddenly my electricity was cut off.
Today, I went to Tongan Power Company with my landlord and I complained a lot but they tried to shift the responsibility onto the other officer.
I think the Tongan Power Company’s way of thinking is very poor. They don’t treat their customers politely. They are lucky because they are the only electric company in Tonga. But it means they cannot compete with someone and improve their company.
Tonga can never improve if the Tongan Power Company keeps on providing their terrible service. The poor company should learn how to attend to customers from a developed company. They should improve at least one: their very poor service (power failure a lot, unstable voltage, and a very expensive bill) or poor customer service
最近３ヶ月の電気代は、１ヶ月当たり２００パアンガ（１万円）！信じられん・・・。大家さんもこんな高いのは初めてだと・・・。絶対何かおかしい。
それで前々からトンガの電気会社にチェックに来てくれと頼んでいたけど、誰も来ず。最近の１ヶ月分は調べ終わって全てがハッキリするまで払えないぞ～って思ってたら昨日電気を止められた。おい、お前らこっちの言うこと聞かないくせに、こっちが払わなかったらそれかい？？
今日大家さんと一緒に電気会社に行って文句をたくさん言ったが、彼らは責任を他のスタッフに転嫁しようとする。これは典型的なトンガンスタイルらしい。
トンガの電気会社の考え方は全然ダメ。客も丁寧に扱わない。まぁあなた達はラッキーだねぇ。トンガ唯一の電力会社だから・・・でもそれって競争しないから、いつまでたっても良くなれないってことね。
まぁ、このトンガの電気会社がひどいサービスを提供している限りトンガは永遠に発展できないでしょう。先進国からどのようにお客を扱うべきか学んだ方がいいなぁ。かと言って大阪並に客が強くなりすぎるのも問題ありだけど・・・。
このトンガの電気会社はひどいサービス（バカ高い電気代、停電だらけ、不安定な電圧）か、客の応対のどちから１つは最低改めるべきだなぁ。
↑After noon, I went to TIOE after a long time away. I could not teach them for 2 weeks because of the mid semester break and my business trip. In addition I cannot teach next week because I have to go abroad. I’m sorry.
午後、久しぶりにTIOEへ行った。学期の中休みとババウへの出張で２週間教えられなかった・・・それに加えて、来週も外国に逃亡するため教えられない・・・ごめんなさ～い。
↑I taught them “Combinations of 10 (subtraction)” and I tried to let the students teach with each other.
今日は１０の分解を教えて、生徒達にお互い教えあいをやってもらいました。
↑In the evening, I went to Dr. Ana’s clinic. When I took a medical check in January, the Dr said I have to reduce eating oily foods and I needed to check again 3 months later. It was strange that I was high-cholesterol a little even though I lost weight－more than 3 kg. Anyway I am scared of injections any time and anywhere.
夕方、ana先生の病院へ行った。１月に健康診断を受けた時に脂っこいものは減らすようにして、３ヶ月後に再検査をするように言われた。実際３ｋｇ以上体重減ったのにコレステロールが若干高いっておかしいなぁ。
まぁとにかく、いつでもどこでも注射は怖い。
