■DRAMATIC JAZZ DANCE
Starting out with basic dance trainings and stretches. Sometimes we work on dance techniques as turn and jumps. As long as you want to challenge JAZZ DANCE, beginner to intermediate people anybody will be welcome.

■AEROBIC STYLE DANCING
Class starts off with a danceable warming up and an easy muscle training. After that we will complete a choreography dancing like an aerobic exercise. It is constructed by basic dance skills so both beginners and experienced people, anyone will be welcome.

■LATIN AEROBICS
Aerobic latin dance mix class. We will complete a simple choreography dancing. Recommended for beginners.

■DANCE STRETCH
Stretchs and exercises based on basic dance trainings. Also good for either warming up or cooling down.
