Matthew Upson and captain John Terry scored to earn England a fully-deserved friendly win over Germany in Berlin.


Well today clearly, I was watching a different game to most, it's a friendly game give others/players a chance.
England controlled the game and what was particularly impressive was the balance of the team(in all parts of the pitch).
Carrick and Barry played really well, and then Agbonlahor has potential too.

Anyway, it was good to beat Germany, it was a perfect end to England's 2008 and the can look forward to 2009 with considerable optimism.
And let's also hope that we can look forward to better football.
