As the amount of life span coaches increases daily, the need to be specialised, to be different, becomes more than and more a need. Someone sometime told me that 'niching' describes how you would like other race to remember you, to articulate give or take a few you, so 'niching' is nearly connected to stigmatisation.
When I started coaching job I did not even cognize what a niche was. I call up interrogative myself: 'Is it the substance or the race one chooses to toil with?' But how to go for the 'right' niche? What are the criteria? Your prior job? Your existence experiences? Your personality? The souk needs? The agonistical edge? The profitability? The souk gap?
