こうした地道な活動の積み重ね、大事ですね

I went to the goverment office which my Japanese friend was working at lunch time!
She was posting some disaster prevention posters on the wall.
She works in Ha'apai to spread consciousness of disaster prevention for Tongan people.
She is trying to change their consciousness of disaster prevention little by little.
I think I have to do my work in a step-by-step fashion like her!
