＃１３ 日本は実は無宗教の国ではない！ 世界からの目線！
宗教についてはなかなか触れずらいテーマですが、私のカルチャーショク？だったことを紹介させていただきます。
実は宗教に対して３つのタイプに分けられます。
○宗教 (regions) 宗教に入っている
○無宗教 (agnostic) 宗教には入っていないが、神
は信じる
○無神論者 (atheist) 宗教も神も信じない。
私は多分agnostic 旦那はatheist。
私は漠然と神は信じます。。なぜかと言うと理由はないですが、仏壇にも手を合わせるし。。
日本から見たら、海外の方はは宗教に入ってるのが当たり前だと思っている方が多いと思いますが、
旦那の家族側はほぼatheist…そういった方から見た日本の文化（お仏壇や、初詣の文化）はめちゃくちゃ宗教なのです。
よく会話で
(私は無宗教だよ)
(君は宗教信者だよ。神社やお寺にお願いをしにいくじゃないか)
など、未だにこの話は旦那との間で決着がつかない。。
そして、一番びっくりしたのが
私が年末日本に帰った時に電話で、これから初詣に行くと伝えた時に
（どこの神様にお願いしに行くんだ？）
（特に分からない…
）
（どの神様にお願いしに行くのかわからないのに、神社に行くなんて変だよ
）
どこの神様なんて考えたことなかったな
#12 Japan is a religious country through the eyes of the other countries
It is almost hard to have discussion about religions.
I’d like to share about it I was really surprise.
people are either
religious (you are a religious)
Agnostic (you are not a religious but you believe in a got)
Atheist (you are not a religious and you do not believe in a got)
I might be an agnostic because I believe in god and my husband is an atheist.
Japanese think that all foreigners are religious but it is not true.
Japanese do think that we are not religious However people are form other countries that atheist, we are religious. for example a shrine and a Buddhist altar etc….
As our conversation,
I am an agnostic!
No, You are shinto religious.you go to a shinto shrine to pray!
This question is still remain unsettled.
One is the biggest surprise that I’ve been told was when I was in Japan for a vacation. I told my husband on the phone I was going to a shinto shrine to pray on New year.
He asked me “ which god are you going to pray?“
“Not sure…”
“It is weird if you don’t know which got you are going to pray”
I have never really though which god..”
