日本人は本当に真面目だし、よく働きます。たぶん世界一と言っていいでしょう。
むかし旦那に日本は仕事のし過ぎで、過労死で死ぬこともあるんだよ。と伝えた時に信じてもらえませんでした。（失礼な話、若干笑って否定していた。。それぐらいフランス人には考えられないこと。。）
大御所アーティストとが日本人のアシスタントを好むなんてのは珍しくありません🇯🇵
歴代アシスタント、ほぼ日本人なんて事もよくあります

しかし、よく働くせいで周りの人間がサボるのも事実
アメリカ人の場合、仕事を楽しむ事もそこそこ優先なので、途中から何もしないで喋ってばっかりなんて事もあります。 仕事しろやー
なんて、心の中で突っ込んだ事もしばしば
私たちは上下関係が激しい社会で生きてきたので、上司より前に出てしゃしゃるなんて事は絶対しません。何より几帳面に働くので、アーティストそういったところを買って私たちを雇っていると思います
誇るべき私たちの国民性
私たちは世界でも通用する可能性をかなり秘めているのかも
#10 Japanese is the most hardest worker in the world.
Yes, we work much harder than any other nationalities and therefore that makes us the hardest working in the world.
A while ago, I told my husband that people died by overworking. he didn’t believe me at first.
(He was almost laughing which mean those
social issues are really unusual in France)

Artists who have a high experiences who like Japanese assistants that is not surprising for me.
Also, it happens famous artists have been only hiring Japanese assistants from now to the past.
The fact that we work very hard make people play hooky....
American think that having fun at work is very important. They sometimes stop working and start taking in the middle of work.
I say ‘please come back work!’ in my head...
We grew up with a rigid hierarchical relationship. We never say something in front of a boss, a fact that artists really appreciate.
Artists are quite sensitive about assistants’s behavior because they don’t want to be distracted by them.
We should be proud of ourselves for this because it gives us more opportunities.
