よく日本ではアメリカはYES, NO はっきり言わないとダメだ！なんて日本にいた時言われました。
実際たしかにそうです。
言わないと何が起きるかというと
人々は(利用する)(take advantage )してきます。take advantage はアメリカにいてよく使う言葉です
言わない事を理由に、例えばどんどん仕事を頼まれたり、適当に扱われてしまうれてしまう可能性があります
ですが、アメリカ人もやたらめったらYES! NO!
を言ってるわけではありません。
アメリカ人だろうと、何人だろうと空気は読みますし、
そこそこ相手に失礼に当たる可能性も分かってるいます。
何が決定的に違うかと言うと
自分の意見を言うのがとても上手です！
自分の意見を言うという事にとても慣れています！
日本は上司が一番で、それに従うのが当たり前ですが、アメリカはそこの上下関係が薄い。
厳密に言うと先輩と後輩と言う言葉は存在しません。
相手の意見を尊重しながら自分の意見をしっかり言う！そんなアメリカの文化を見習いたいです

if you do not show or say what you think, People might take advantage of you
Which Is comment to say by others
you would get an extra work or People won’t treated you appropriately.
However, American do not say yes at anytime.
people know if you say something wrong that might cause some problems.
what are difference the between Japanese to America about this.
they are good at saying their opinions.
American do no think that you are older or younger all the time.
I’d like to learn Amrican way that respect the others
opinion and also, don’t hesitate to say your opinions.
