gooood morning!
how lovely hot day it is!!hahaha
i had a good relaxing day:)
as i said,i baked these cakes.
cappuccino cake
lemon drizzle cake
actually,cappuccino cake was too sweet n heavy for me.
it is huge!!!
lemon one is good refreshing taste:)
n i baked coffee walnut cake yesterday too!
i just baked sponges so finish it next time.
this is one of my favorite cake in uk.
hmmm did i bake a good one??
will see.
oh i watched lady gaga on telly yesterday!
she was quite cute:)
and i respect her.
after watching it,i was relaxing.
when i was having nap,my friend texted me.
(actually i was waiting for it,)
then we met up n went to an oyster bar!!!
i dont like sea food,especcially fresh sea food,
however,i like oyster!! am i crazy?? hahaha
enjoy having dinner with him:)
whenever i talk with him, i get power!
yes, it was a lovely day:)
this week is very long as the next monday is a bank holiday!!
oh i gotta go!

サマープディング☆
happy sunday!!yayyy!!
日曜日ですね♪
晴れ♪
さ、何する？
私はもちろんお仕事ですが。。。
今日も笑顔で頑張ります！
昨日もたくさんの常連さんがいらっしゃってくださって、お話できたりするのがうれしいです♪
最近は、外国の方がいらっしゃったりして英語を使う機会がなんか多い。
いいことだわ！私には。
そんなこと、場所柄、東京といえど、あんまりないので、ちょっとビックリですが！
去年の今頃は、むしろ逆で、日本語を話す機会が全くなかった！！
友達はみんな外国人！
ホテルはもちろん、一緒に住んでるのもみんな外国人！
とってもいい環境でしたね。
ホテルに来る日本人のお客様とたまに話すくらいでしたし！！
そして、仕事はというと・・・・
サマープディング祭りでしたね（笑）
夏の間は私の仕事が、半端なく多かった・・・・
夏は忙しかったのももちろんあるのですが、プディングクラブは週２回！
しかも、冷たいプディング（私担当）が４種類！！
いやいや、本気で爆発しそうなことがたくさんありましたが（笑）、何とか頑張ってました。
サマープディングはたくさんの種類のベリーを、お砂糖と一緒に煮て、
その時に出たシロップに食パンを浸し、型に敷きこみ、そこにベリーを入れて、また食パンでふたをするというもの。
たぶん想像できないよね（笑）
これに、生クリームをたっぷりかけて、いただきます！
あー懐かしい。
合計で、何個作ったんだろー？

真ん中のサービスをしている女の子の前にある、赤いドーム型のものがそれです。
かけてますが。。。
ホテルのオープン記念イベントの時に、地元の方々をお招きして。。。
あーーー懐かしいーーー
このほかにも、ムラングルーラードという、メレンゲのロールケーキや、
パッションフルーツシャルロットなどなど、いろんなものを作ってました！
色々ありましたが、今ではいい思い出です！
頑張ってたな、自分（笑）

happy saturday!!!
i had a lovely email from my english mam!! not mam actually,she is like more friend for me.
she has got so much power!
always full of joy n happiness around her.
i lived with her for a while,it was quite short time tho...
but i learned so many things from her.
she was around 60 at that time but she looked so much younger than that!!
coz of her energy i think.
whenever she comes home,everywhere was brighter.
and she was always so honest.
she taught me to be strong.
and also we have to enjoy our life.
and be happier!
i with i could see her again n talk lots of things with her as i am more mature than who i was.
her mail made me smile:)
she is the same as before! of course!!
oh i miss her!!!!
and there was a customer who lives closed to the shop last night.
i had a chat with her a bit.
and she told me her life n how great making bread or cooking by herself r.
she used to be a flower designer but now her job is different.
however,she said she did enough n now time to enjoy her life.
she said the time she is baking is such a wonderful time.
when she was talking about it,she was like shining.
people who enjoy their life have got something special power,i think.
i wanna be like that!
they can make people smile n happy n give power.
i would love to do it too!!!
one day,i will do it!
yes i have decided!
enjoy my life!
life is urs.
not someone's.
its urs to enjoy!
