am actually very tired already!!!!
had a great day off tho :)

baked a chocolate moose cake in the morning! found this recipe in the book which i bought in UK.
i've never tried before but anyway i tried yesterday.
then....


it was really really nice!
looks heavy but very fluffy!
my friend who i gave was very happy:)

well
he encourages me to bake more for my future.

btw,i went to a pub in tokyo!

i felt like i was in UK!!
very cozy.....



and after having beer(of course i drunk cocktail,dont like beer...)
we went to play pool!!!!!!!!!

am not good at it,besides had tried only twice before!!
but enjoyed a lot!!


was quite drunk last night :P

but it was a great day off!

reminds me UK too.



oh i miss my friends in UK....

I will go to see them one day for sure!

今日は父の日ですね。
父の日って何か贈りますか？

最近、男性でも甘い物好きな方が増えたのかな？
と思います。

お店にも、結構男性のお客様が多いからです。




こちらは最近、新しく出たショーソン　オ　ポンム。
フランス版アップルパイ！

ちょっと餃子みたいな形(笑）
でも、これ、スリッパらしいです。
ショーソンとはフランス語でスリッパなんだって。
おもしろい！


たーーーっぷり甘酸っぱいリンゴが、バターの風味が最高のパイ生地に包まれて。。。


やっぱり文句なしに美味しい☆




イギリスではアップルパイといえば、ちょっと違ったものでした！

saturday here we come!!!

おはようございます！

昨日はお店のバールが大忙しで・・・・

そんな忙しい時にホッと一息。

可愛い後輩が作ってくれた、コルクの人形(笑）

一番左が彼女で、一番右が私(笑）
いつも笑っているイメージ？
口でかいな(笑）

でもなんだかほっと和む瞬間。


彼女はとっても頑張り屋さん。
ムードメーカーでもあります。
仕事のペースが似ているので、すごく仕事がしやすいです。
そして、いつもしっかり者の彼女に助けられています。


感謝感謝。



さてと、今日はどんな1日になるかな？
