父の話をします。
自分の父は、今は某企業の役員をしています。
今でこそ貫禄がある役員風の風体をしていますが、昔は中小企業のしがないサラリーマンでした。
今考えると本当に恥ずかしい話ですが、自分が反抗期の頃には、そんな父をののしったこともあります。
でも、今は父を尊敬しています。
父は中堅私立大学出身で、特にビジネスに活かすことのできるような資格をもっていたわけでもありません。
でも、父は「継続は力なり」を信念として現在にいたっています。
自分は父の息子（少し変な表現かもしれませんが）ですが、父とは違う性格です。
どちらかというと要領よく短期的に集中した努力を好む傾向があります。
しかし、派手さはなくとも、努力を継続することで現在の地位までのし上がった父を自分は心から尊敬し、誇りに思っています。
自分も将来的には、父のように自分の家族や顧客のために愚直に働けるような人間になりたいと思います。
I'm going to talk about my father.
My father is a board member of his company now.
Though he has a presence now, he was only one of the salaried employee in my childhood.
When I was in rebellious phase, I sometimes damn him, which is a matter of shame I think now.
But I am very proud of him.
He graduated from middle-ranking private college, and didn't have any useful business skills.
Regardless of it, he belived in that continuing efforts leads to success, and it made him the present position.
My character is a bit different from him, though I am son of him. (It may be a bit strange expression.)
I tend to prefer efforts which are efficient and concentrated on short term to which are not.
But, I am very proud of him because he toiled strenuously and successed to get this position.
Just as my father, I would like to be a person who is willing to work sincerely and strenuously for clients and his family in the future.
