ですので

振り回されることなく
高い観点と広い視野
深い優しさを持って
冷静に俯瞰できると
良いと思います
そして
どの情報を信じるかは
自分の選択です
自分にとって何が大切なのかを
見失わずに
様々な選択をしていくことが
大切だと思います
