あります

ブレていて
本来の目的を達成できません
最初に決めた軸に
良い意味でのこだわりと
プライドを持って
それをどう実現していくか
そしてさらに
どう良くできるか？に
フォーカスしていくことで
一流に近づくいけると

What I consider to be
a first-class job？
I think a first-class job is one that What can we do to make it even better?
and does not waver from its initial
