久しぶりにストリートカーに乗りました。
このストリートカーは、
カストロからピア３９まで走っています。
これに乗ると、
サンフランシスコの町並みを見られるので、
観光客にはおすすめです。
僕は普段は地下を走っているMuniに乗るのですが、
急いでいなくて、
外の景色を眺めながらのんびり移動したいときは
このストリートカーを使います。
ストリートカーに使われている車両は、
ずいぶん昔にいろんな国で使われていたもので、
毎回乗るたびに違う車両になることが多いです。
とってもレトロな感じで僕は好きです。
I rode a streetcar for the first time in a long time.
The streetcar goes from Castro to Pier 39.
If you take the streetcar,
you can see San Francisco’s townscape,
so I recommend tourists to use it.
I normally use Muni which goes through underground,
but when I am not in a rush
and want to see outside scenery,
I take the streetcar.
Each streetcar was used in some other countries long time ago.
Almost every time when I use it,
it is a different streetcar compared to previous one.
It is very retro looking and I love it.
