I joined a free tour of the Bank of Japan in Nihonbashi with my sister on December 28th.

The bank was founded on October 10th 1882, in Japan.
日本銀行は1882年10月10日に設立。
It is usually called 'Nichigin' in short for Japanese people.
たいてい日本人は、「日銀」と呼ぶことが多いです。
Although the original building was used as the head office, it has been used as a kind of a museum in Nichigin.
この建物は、元々は本店として使われていましたが、
現在は日銀の博物館のような形で使われています。
The tour was interesting, and the female tour guide was very fascinating.
ツアーはけっこうおもしろかったです。
そして、女性のツアーガイドさんがとても魅力的な人でした。
Her explanation was great we could understand it easily.
彼女の説明力が素晴らしく、
私たちは内容をよく理解することができました。
Three Japanese paper bills are supposed to be renewed in July, such as the 10,000 yen, the 5,000 yen, and the 1,000 yen.
実は、日本の紙幣は7月に
一万円、五千円、千円の3種類が改札される予定です。
The face of the ten thousand yen bill is going to be switched from Yukichi Fukuzawa to Eiichi Shibusawa, however, we will miss seeing Yukichi in that position.
一万円札の顔が福沢諭吉から渋沢栄一に変わるけど、
諭吉がそこにいないのは何だか寂しいね。
We got a shredded 10,000 yen bill as a souvenir.
