ビートルズ生演奏で著作権法違反、スナック経営者逮捕 　警視庁石神井署は９日、東京都練馬区石神井町３、 飲食店経営豊田昌生容疑者（７３）を著作権法違反の疑いで逮捕したと発表した。 調べによると、豊田容疑者は今年８、９月、経営する同区内のスナックで、 日本音楽著作権協会と利用許諾契約を結ばずに、客の求めに応じて、 同協会が著作権を管理するビートルズの「イエスタデイ」など 外国の曲計３３曲をハーモニカで演奏したり、ピアニストに演奏させたりした疑い と言う記事があった。私の好きなYOU TUBEで好きなネタをアップするのも著作権法違反かも知れない。 もしも、著作権法違反で逮捕されたらこれがこのサイト最後のアップとなる まさに、すべて、なすがままに（let it be）
