8月のママズは夏休み中のキッズも集まり、とても賑やかでした

We had a blast at the previous Tokyo Mums Event with older kids joining us because of the summer break!

毎回楽しみにしている人も多いイングリッシュタイムでは、オーストラリアンママの先生が夏をテーマにしたレッスンをしてくれたよ

海に、魚に、ヨットに…しまいにはお魚キャッチゲームまで！！！みんな大興奮の楽しいレッスン！！

One of our beautiful mums from Aus lead the Elnglish time. We learnt lots about summer in English. Kids especially loved the catching the fish game!! Such an exciting time

Next I got to share a short message based on my personal experience

夏は暑い！「暑い〜しんどい〜」と言えば言うほど気分は沈む…そんな体験をしたことはありませんか？？

Summer! Fun but hot! "So hot, why so humid?" The more you say the worse you feel right??

そう。言葉の力は絶大

だからこそ、妻として母として、家族を建てあげる言葉を話して行きたい

疲れてる時やイライラしてる時でも、家族を励ますポジティブな言葉を放てる鍵が実はあるんです

それは…状況に左右されないポジティブな視野を持つこと。そして、その視野をくれるのが神様

Yes, the words we speak has a huge influence on us! That's why we want to speak the words of encouragement to our family. There is a key to speak positively in any situation in life! That is... to have a positive perspective in life. And the one who gives us that perspective is God!

聖書にはたくさんの励ましが溢れてる。そんな前向きな聖書の言葉で心が満たされると、自然と前向きな言葉を語れるようになるんだって、神様に出会って体験しました

そして、どんな状況でも感謝できることはたくさんあると気づき、多少のイライラも「まぁいっか」と割り切って前に進んでいけるようになったんです！

教会は励ましを得られる場所

子育てや結婚の知恵もたくさんもらって、成長させてもらってます！

The Bible is filled with encouragement. As the word of God fill your heart, you will naturally start experiencing the positive words flowing out of your month. And your heart will be filled with thanksgiving!

Plus, church is a life giving house! You get to receive encouragement and wisdom to become a better wife/mum!
