今月の東京ママズもすっごい楽しかったよ
（Tokyo Mumsは東京マムズから、東京ママズに名前を変更しました！）
This month's Tokyo Mums was again a blast!
今回は東京ミッドタウンでピクニックをしました
We had picnic at Roppongi Midtown!
都会でピクニックする意外に穴場スポットー
In the mid of a big city, this grass field and play park is truly an oasis and a awesome place for moms and babies.
３５人のママたちが集まったよ！！しかも１０人も新しいママが来てくれました！
みんな初めて同士でも、１人で参加する人でも、すぐに他のママと仲良くなれちゃうので、
ブログ見て迷っているママは、ぜひ次回参加してみて下さい
35 moms gathered this time, and 10 new moms came! It's always super easy to get a long, even for first-timers, and moms who come by themselves. So, whatever your circumstance, don't worry and come on out and join us the next time!
今回もTの楽しい英語タイムからスタート
みんなのおなじみのHead Shoulders Knees and Toes
カラーボールを使って色の確認
公園にある遊具をみたてて、ブランコ「Swing Swing」、滑り台「Slide Wheee」、ジャングルジム「Climb Climb」っていう声かけと一緒に、赤ちゃんをだっこしたり、ゆらしたり、持ち上げたり。子ども達もみんなニコニコでしたー
今回もみんな大好きなSpotの絵本を英語で読み聞かせしてくれました！！
This time our lovely T started us out wth English time. We first sang our favorite "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes", and checked our colors in English using colorful balls. Pointing to the play park in front of us, we let our babies ride in our arms saying "Swing, Swing", "Slide-Whee", "Climb, Climb" on the jungle gym. Oh how the babies love being tossed around!
さて、毎日子育てで煮詰まりがちなママには、ひとりでがんばりすぎないで、一緒に励ましあえる仲間が大事だよね
わたしたちのチャーチでは、ライフグループっていうグループを毎週もっていて、ママのグループも平日や日曜日にもってるよ！ママグループだと、子育てのトピックもよくシェアしてて、お互いに励まし合って聖書を基に学びあって、毎週元気をいっぱいリチャージしてるよ
By the way, isn't it so important for moms to not feel alone in their daily child-rearing, but be encouraged by other moms? Every week at our church, we have life groups where moms get together on weekdays or Sundays to encourage each other. Mom groups often talk about child-raising, and we pat each other on the back and re-charge our battery by reading the Bible and encouraging one another.
"Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up" 1 Thessalonians 5:11
そこで今回は、毎日超がんばってるママ同士、お互いに励まし合おう
って時間を持ったよー
スモールグループに分かれて、子どもが泣き止まないとか、夫の帰りが遅いとか、最近のチャンレンジや悩みをシェアたら、わかるわかるって話もいっぱい出てきたよ
子育てでは、がんばってもうまくいかないチャレンジも多いからダメママの気分になることもあるけど、まずは「よくやってる！」って自分を褒めて、夫婦でもいっぱいいたわりあって、
ママ友同士もお互いを励ましあえるといいよね
In light of this, we got into small groups to encourage one another! We talked about our everyday challenges like when kids won't stop crying, or when our husbands are late from work... doesn't it sound familiar to all moms? We could feel inadequate as moms in the midst of challenges, but don't get discouraged! Tell yourself you are doing a great job, share with your husband, and get together with other moms and encourage one another! That would be so awesome if we could do this.
そして答えのでないチャレンジの時は、祈る
しかないって時もあると思う
子どもが病気のとき、泣き叫んでるとき、自分も一緒に泣きそうになる時、誰でも神様に祈ることできるんだよー
Then, when we do face those overbearing challenges that we cannot overcome in our own strength, let's pray! When kids are sick, screaming, and you feel like crying out yourself, try calling out to God! He is listening.
みんなで、おやつをシェアして、おいしいお弁当たべて、たくさんの新しいママに出会えて、おしゃべりして、あー楽しい１日だった
Sharing snacks, eating our bentos, meeting lots of new moms and chatting... ahh just loving the moment!

途中赤ちゃんがぐずっても大丈夫なように、ベビーズルームが完備されており、TVモニターから礼拝の様子を見ることができます
11:00と12:45の礼拝の時間は、子ども用バイリンガルプログラムのキッズチャーチが用意されて、1歳以上のお子さんが参加できます

Tokyo Mums is a mama circle organized by Jesus Lifehouse International Church.
