今日は先週の大腸検査の結果発表〜。
Today we're getting the results of last week's colonoscopy.
昨日、髪をカットして来ました。仕事までに時間があったので、美容室に来ていたお兄さんに初ジェルネイルをしてもらったよ。
I got my hair cut yesterday. I had some time before work, so I had my first gel manicure done by a guy who was also at the salon.
自分の肌に馴染むベージュのマグネットが入っているのを選んだ。
I chose one that had a beige magnet that would blend in with my skin tone.

If you apply a gel containing magnets, you won't be able to get a CT scan.
私はしばらくCTの予定無いからいいか！
I don't have a CT scan scheduled for a while, so that's good!

タイミング良くネイリストさんが居たから綺麗に甘皮切って爪整えてキラキラにしてもらいましたよ。
Luckily, a nail technician was there, so she trimmed my cuticles, shaped my nails, and made them sparkly.
I'm so happy to finally have my dream gel nails!
髪も白髪だけど可愛くカットしてくれました。
Even though I have gray hair, they gave me a cute haircut.
Then, since I still had some time before work, I went to Komeda and had an Americano and pudding.
プリンにはコーヒーゼリーと一緒に入っていてホイップクリームが乗っていました。
The pudding came with coffee jelly and was topped with whipped cream.
大変美味しゅうございました。しかし3時間後トイレに駆け込みました。ホイップクリームがだめだったのかな？
It was absolutely delicious. However, I had to rush to the toilet three hours later. Maybe the whipped cream was the problem?
まぁ仕事は行けました。
Well, I was able to go to work.
担当医にその事を伝えましたが、腸は憩室があったけどクローンとか潰瘍性大腸炎のようなものは無い。だから入院した原因も解らない。と言われました。
I told my doctor about it, but he said that although I had diverticula in my intestines, I didn't have anything like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. So he couldn't figure out the reason for my hospitalization.
他の原因は？解りません。だそうです。
What other causes? They don't know. That's what they said.
まぁ今はお腹痛いの治まっているし体重も増えているし、良いかな？
Well, my stomach ache has subsided now and I've gained weight, so I guess it's okay?
今日は仕事後ゴスペルの練習でした。
I had gospel practice after work today.
ゴスペルのお友達のご主人、今がん治療をしています。今日は練習は来ませんでしたが、1回目のがん治療、苦しまずに良かったそうです。
これからも何回かあるようですが、良い治療になる様に祈っています。
神様、奇跡を起こしてください。彼の治療に癒やしを与えてください。
