An idea just hit me - this is a story continued from the last one and it’s just like talking to myself.  

I do bad things to my body and mind when I got stressed or something disturbed me. 

Why? It may come from the laziness to care myself. No energy to go to the positive direction. 

If that’s the case, habit could save me out of that vicious cycle.

I’ll find the way to establish good habits.
