影響というものをストレートに残すのは、オリジナル作品やアイディアに対するリスペクトや敬愛を示す場合も多々ある。これイイネも～らったという不届きな場合にだって、それは原作者の名声に繋がると思う。のだが、欲に駆られた弁護士かなんかに言いふめられた遺族が、ふんだくれるものなら、ふんだくりたいと訴えたりすると、当然の権利の主張なんだろうけど、なんか違うなぁとも思うのであった。先行き興味深かったり無かったりと（笑）
ということで、オリジナリティ溢れる・・・

結局、レッド・ツェッペリン、「天国への階段」盗作疑惑裁判で勝利だったそう。楽曲中の作曲家の占める創作性をどこに見出すかにより、どちらにでも転ぶのであれば、アレンジ・サウンド上の影響を示せなくなり音楽の面白みは半減すると思う（2016-08-21加筆）
