I've swum at Nagareyama Municipal Higashi Elementary School Pool which is near Wooden Library in Nagareyama City which is my local on last Sunday.
I've swum the 300m freestyle and the 200m individual medley .
In order to participate in swimming and aquaathlon competitions again, I've practiced swimming hard !
先週日曜日、地元の流山市の木の図書館近くの流山市立東小学校プールで泳いできました。
自由形３００mと個人メドレー２００m泳ぎました。
再び水泳大会やアクアスロン大会に出るために、頑張って泳ぐ練習をしました！
