流山のコミュニティプラザプールで泳ぎました

I've swum at Community Plaza Pool where is located across from Nagareyama Otakanomori High School which is my alma mater in Nagareyama City which is my local on last Sunday . 

I've swum the 300m freestyle and the 200m individual medley . 

In order to participate in swimming and aquaathlon competitions again, I've practiced swimming hard !

先週日曜日、地元の流山市の母校である流山おおたかの森高校の反対側にあるコミュニティプラザプールで泳いできました。

自由形３００mと個人メドレー２００m泳ぎました。

再び水泳大会やアクアスロン大会に出るために、頑張って泳ぐ練習をしました！
