I've visited White Mirin Museum in Nagareyama City which is my local on Emperor's Birthday .
I had fun making Mirin lees cocoa steamed bread with mirin chocolate sauce , experiencing a virtual stirrer in a mirin barrel , touring a virtual modern mirin factory , watching the movie " The Story of the Beginnings of White Mirin in Nagareyama " , looking at White Mirin in Nagareyama exhibits , and tasting mirin soft serve ice cream .
I'm glad I was able to enjoy the tour in between my runs in preparation for Tokyo Marathon 2026 !
天皇誕生日に地元の流山市の白みりんミュージアムに行きました。
今回は味醂を使ったみりん粕カカオ蒸しパンとみりんチョコソース作り、味醂桶のバーチャル櫂入れ体験、バーチャル現代みりん工場見学をしたり、映画「流山白みりん始まり物語」を観たり、流山白みりんの展示物見学をしたり、みりんのソフトクリームを味わって食べたりして楽しんできました。
東京マラソン２０２６に向けてのランニングの合間に楽しんで見学できて良かったです！
