After the practice session for Tokyo Marathon 2026 at Yumenoshima Stadium , I've watched the competition swimming events including Men's 400m Individual Medley Final at Tokyo Aquatics Centre yesterday .
Due to COVID-19 pandemic , Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games were held without spectators , so I've watched the swimming competitions online and on TV .
However , I was able to watch events such as the men's 400m individual medley at the venue, the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, for the first time, which made me so happy on Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics !
After winning the men's 200m freestyle and 200m individual medley, I was able to watch Mr. Ibara Ryutaro has won the gold medal in the men's 400m individual medley live at the venue, which made me so happy and moved !
Thank you to Mr. Ibara and all the other athletes for your amazing swims and the wonderful excitement !

昨日は夢の島競技場での東京マラソン２０２６に向けての練習会の後、東京アクアティクスセンターで男子４００m個人メドレー決勝を含む競泳種目を観てきました。
コロナ禍の影響で東京２０２０オリンピックとパラリンピックでは無観客のため、インターネットとTVで競泳を観ていました。
東京２０２５デフリンピックでは初めて競泳の男子４００m個人メドレーなどの種目を会場である東京アクアティクスセンターで観ることができて、僕は本当にすごく嬉しかったです！
男子２００m自由形と男子２００m個人メドレーに続き、茨隆太郎選手が男子４００m個人メドレーでも金メダルを獲得するシーンを会場で生で観ることができたのは本当にすごく嬉しかったし、感動しました！
茨選手をはじめ、選手の皆さん、素晴らしい泳ぎ、そして、素晴らしい感動をありがとうございました！
