2015年度グッドデザイン賞を受賞
"Additional Line in Space" has won the GOOD DESIGN AWARD in 2015. We designed this renovation of a building last year. We would like to sincerely thank all of you.
This project is the renovation of one room in complex building that is older than twenty years old at Tokyo. We have designed the furniture which substituted for the partitioning wall. This furniture has both bookshelf and display case and storing and the functions of the work desk. The partition furniture is floating in the air. The sliding door is provided under the partition furniture, and the glass partition (ranma) is provided on the partition furniture. We have realized the variability such as a papered sliding door (fusuma) used in Japanese-style buildings.
