現在、チームでは、毎年恒例のコンプライアンス トレーニングの開催準備をしている。
これまでは、ポリシーの読み合わせをして、質疑応答に答えるという、シンプルだけど全く以ってつまらないトレーニングだった。
今年は、このつまらないトピックを、なんとか こう、アクティブなトレーニングにしようじゃないか、というのが今年の目標。
先月から、トレーニングのデザインを始めて、今日は３回目のチームミーティング。
前回は、トレーニングの流れを決め、今日は具体的な中身の検討。
正直、出来るだろうか、と不安になっていたのだけど、今日はチームメンバーのお陰で、なんとかデザイン終了。
来週はいよいよ、実際にランスルーする事になった。
本番まで、約１ヶ月。なんとか準備できそうだ。
I’ve been challenging my self to stretch my goal to prepare the compliance training which is tipically one of the most boring staff trainings in the workplace, to be more engaged and interactive training. I started off a team meeting to conduct brain storm discussing what the training looks like, then designed the training flow, and determined the content. Now I feel much better now because I see the final product much better that what I started. We’ll see...
