Brit Style Chef!

My friend Yuka is ready to get messy
with the cooking in true British style!
I love it!

友達のゆかがブリティッシュ・スタイルで料理してくれました

She prepared a special dip sauce
and then made a seafood Dorian
but using a tofu based sauce,
with loads of garlic and cream, wow!
Yuka can really cook!

まず野菜につける用のスペシャルドレッシングを作ってから、
豆腐ベースのソースとにんにくたっぷりのクリームを使って
シーフードドリアンを作ってくれたよ
ほんとゆか料理うまい
