こんな感じです
I lay the tofu down first, in a soy base sauce, then the beef on top for the juices to run and lay the mushrooms on top and I decided to crack the egg smack bang in the middle and covered it for a few minutes, voilà! Sprinkle the noritama and I love sesame oil so, in it goes!!! Lovely jubely!
しょうゆベースのソースの上に豆腐をおいて、その上に牛肉を乗っけました。その上にエノキ。で仕上げに卵を真ん中に割ってのりたまかけて出来上がりです
ティナの好みでごま油をかけました
