花火大会 in 京都 (Fireworks in Kyoto)
昨日は久々花火に行ってきました。友達との予定が合うのがこの日しかなくて、メインの花火大会はほとんど終わってしまってた
なので京都の「八木花火大会」というのに行きました
Yesterday I visited Kyoto for firework festival whish is not as big as Kobe's but it seemed to be quite nice
この日はせっかくなので、浴衣を着てみました
I wore Japanese tradirtional cloth called "Yukata"
去年購入した浴衣。帯びなおすの忘れてた
花火に行く前に小腹がすいたので駅で発見した"Krispy Kreme Doughnuts"へ
値段はだいたい160円から200円くらい。私はオリジナルを食べてみたけど少しもちっとした食感が良かった
ミスドよりこっちがいい
大阪、京都にはあるが、神戸にはないらしい。。。
Before the firework we were bit hungry so we went to "Krispy Kreme Doughnuts". It's quite big American campany but there is no shop in Kobe. I had the original doughnut which is bit chewy but I like it.

そのあと、京都のカフェに行ってみたかったので、二条城の近くにある「サラサ3」へ
京都のカフェは神戸のカフェとはまた雰囲気が違って「和」を感じることができる
After that I really wanted to go to Cafe in Kyoto cos cafe's atomosphere in Kyoto is very Japanese not like Kobe's.

くつろいだ後、JR八木駅へと向かう
二条駅には浴衣の人がたくさんいたでも男性で浴衣を着ている人はあまりいない。。日本の素敵な文化の一つだし、年に一度は着たいな
Aftrer chilling out we heading to the firework place. There are lots of women wearing "Yukata" but not many men. I really like Japanese traditional culture such as clothes, foods, and architectures.
八木駅は大勢の人が長蛇の列を作っていた八木駅は京都からもだいぶ離れているので本当に田舎である。古い建物が立ち並び、その前にたこ焼きや、から揚げなどの夜店が出ていてにぎわっていた
There are too many people stuck at the station The place is very small quiet village so that day could be the busiest day in a year
We can buy some Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, beer, and ice cream on the way to firework place

しばらく歩くと河川敷に到着
すでに花火は始まっていた
When we got to the riverside the firework had already started.
「八木の花火」は5000発ほどで、毎年8万人ほどの人が訪れるらしい。神戸の25万に比べたらだいぶましである
ここの花火大会はそれぞれの団体が30発ほどずつ打ち上げる。合間合間に休憩できるし、それぞれの団体が競い合ってるようで面白い
それと花火がかなり近い位置から見ることができるのも大きな魅力かな
There are 5000 firewroks and 80000 people join the festival every year. At Kobe's there are 5000 fireworks and 260000 people are coming. I don't like walking in the crowd so Kyoto's is much better for me

帰りは電車で爆睡
たまにはこのように「和の心」を感じるのもいいですね

I like feeling something about Japan
As the Japanese I want to know more about Japanese culture. There are lots of things I've never known. I'd love to introduce our culture to the people in the world
