In late October, 2011, Ryan Braun was tested positive for the use of a banned substance under baseball’s drug policy. In December, ESPN brought this news public. Braun’s suspension was to be for 50 games, and it was looking very unlikely that it would be overturned.
Well, today, MLB overturned Braun’s suspension, due to finding a minor technicality. Where was this minor technicality for Sosa, Clemens, Bonds and many more MLB stars who were tested positive? I don’t know, but I think I know what that minor technicality is.
