またやってしまった。。/ I did it again..

「はっっ傘っ」と思った時には時すでに遅し。。私の駅は終点駅のため、回送電車となった車両は軽やかに駅から旅立って行きました。

またやってしまった。。。

実は先週も同じ傘を駅構内のお手洗いに忘れ、駅長室に引き取りに行ったばかり。

恥ずかしいなぁと思いながら今日もまた駅長室へ。

駅員さんが車両に電話を入れて下さり、女性専用車両に忘れさられた傘を確認して下さいました。

「ショッキングピンクの布のケースに入った折り畳み傘で、持ち手の部分は黒くて。。」と特徴を説明すると、「あー❗️ひものところが緑の」と駅員さん。

「思い出しました。先週も忘れられましたよね」

はい、その通りです。お恥ずかしい。。

また明日駅長室にお迎えに伺うことになりました。

高い傘ではないのですが、ケースは自分の好きな色の布で手作りしたものなので、愛着はあるんです。。。なのにまたまた置き去りにするとは。。。

こないだもお手洗いに忘れていたものをどなたかにきちんと届けていただき、今日も親切な駅員さんが快く対応して下さったおかげでまた手元に戻ってくることになった私の折り畳み傘。

有難うございます

3回目はないようにしないと。。あ～恥ずかしい。。

"Oops! My umbrella!!"

It was too late when I remembered it... 

My station is a terminal station and the train, which had just turned to be out-of-service, departed the station

Oh my gosh...I did it again.....

As a matter of fact, I had left the umbrella at the restroom in the station last week and I went to the stationmaster's office to pick it up..

I felt so embarrassed but stepped into the stationmaster's office again.

A station staff made a phone call to the conductor on the train and confirmed an umbrella was there.

"It is an folding umbrella in a fuchsia pink fabric case and the handle is black.." I explained some characteristics of my umbrella.

"Oh I see! With green strings", said the station staff.

"I just remembered the umbrella. You came here last week, too"

Exactly... And I was so embarrassed...

I told him that I would come pick it up tomorrow again..

It is not an expensive umbrella at all, however I have affection for it since its case is my work and I made it by hand using a fabric of my favorite colors.

Nevertheless, I left it behind again...

Last time I had left it in the restroom, someone kindly brought it to the stationmaster's office. This time, thanks to the kind station staff, my folding umbrella will be back to me again..

I really appreciate their kindness...

There will never be a third time.. It should be extremely embarrassing...
