今朝、TVから、何のCMだったか、聞き覚えのある曲が流れてきた。
とても有名な曲だが、私には特別な思い出がある。
昔、SHU-Iがライブで歌った曲。
2015年の定期ライブやってた頃かな？
歌う前にこんなエピソードを話してくれた。
日本の会社のオーディションを受けた時、何曲歌ってもなかなかOKが出なかった。
だけど最後にその曲を歌ったら、合格して日本に来られることになったんだ……とか。
「へー、英語の歌で合格したの？」と驚いた記憶。
でも実際、意外と上手く歌えていたような。（その時はもう４人だったが）
その話が本当なら、この歌を歌わなかったら、
日本で活動することはなかったかもしれないね。
彼らはそのオーディションの時のことを、
