XXX Potato Chip Manufacturer,
I was shocked to hear that the Salt & Vinegar flavor chips will no longer be available. I am writing to let you know that this is the most stupid decision you've ever made.
There are dozens of potato chip flavors out there. Why on earth would you pick the most amazing flavor, i.e. Salt & Vinegar?! Obviously Salt & Vinegar should be the last flavor to disappear, not the first one!
The reason is simple. If you love the Barbecue flavor, you could simply go get some barbecue, instead of munching the Barbecue flavor potato chips. If you are carving for the Sour Cream & Onion flavor, you might as well dip onion rings with sour cream instead of munching the Sour Cream & Onion potato chips. If you love Jalapeño, you could also chew on the real Jalapeño instead of munching the Jalapeño flavor potato chips. If you are interested in the Spicy Pickle flavor, go get some pickle instead of munching the Spicy Pickle flavor chips. If you are a big fan of Ranch, then you can spray ranch on any food you like and not munching the Ranch flavor potato chips.
But what do you expect us to do after the Salt & Vinegar potato chips are gone? You tell me. To go licking salts and sipping vinegar? Or to mix salt with vinegar and spray them on some random food? As a research staff at Stanford, I always love sitting at my desk in the lab, munching the Salt & Vinegar chips, and contemplating my research projects.
