suffering of a young man

Lord, I met a young man who want to join us as clergy and has just been rejected the application.
I don't know why he was rejected.
He has enough ability to do a job.
But perhaps, he has not enough faith?

Is so, let me convey what is most important thing in devoting.
And if he has enough faith through his learning, please guide him.
He will work as an apprentice.
I pray for him.

Lord, I supported that your follower made a confession today.
I pray for him.
To be guided by god and angels. To be cleansed a suffering he want to disappear.

Well, I also faced a complicated problem today.
We only have limited time, ability, and physical capacity.
If I am going to start something new, we must abandon something or change our mind about job.
What do you hope that i will accomplish from my situation?
If you hope, I try everything you give to me.
