If green energy type could satisfy, say, one half of the whole necessary energy of one nation country, she should not need to resort to nuclear energy, reactors.
If this satisfies her, DPRK, Afganistan, etc., she is free to be a target of doubt making A-bombs, H-bombs etc.
I do not know whether they choose which way, but we believe they can choose the wiser way.
