is ok. I would like to propose, say, work-force sharing. HAKEN Co., would play an important role here.
When an enterprise is forced to cut off some HAKEN workers, & if they belong to some HAKEN Co., the HAKEN Co., could search with its all abilities & possibilities, & prepare the cut-offs their new jobs. And what is important in this work-force sharing idea is the cut-offs can remain as workers while they are working in their new places. And when the former enterprise get new marketing power, say with the cut-off etc, it should hire again the cut-offed workers.
The time when the cut-offs are working in other working places, & if they want to return to the former working places, they can continue the insurance & pension as it is.
If the workers make this choice, they may have to confront some income shortage meanwhile, but they are assured insurance & pension for their future; the enterprises can also expect good & no-training-necessary work-forces ever.
