I like Canadian productions generally, they seem to be a little less self-conscious than their American counterparts, where all injustices must be resolved and freedom restored.
It's a dystopian setting: apart from the superpowers themselves, those who possess them are losing their rights, and - speaking as a Brit - that someone can't get a life-saving operation because they can't afford it is horrifying. And yet I thought the plot was strangely hopeful: the message to me was that 'you do what you can with what you have. Some injustices are simply bigger than you, and all you can do ultimately is decide not to make things worse.
It was quite a refreshing watch with quite a nice soundtrack and good acting. Would recommend.

The special effects were pretty good. I expected more action, I didn't like the ending. It could of been done better.

To me the movie would have been better if they switched the roles because it just seems as the people who have powers are weak but in reality there are not they just didn't have people standing up and realizing the humans are way weaker. The way I see things there was only one human in this movie who didn't criticize the people with powers.

Great job from everyone involved. Low budget, but still high talent compared to the eye candy (and little else except political propaganda) offered by films from Now-Disney-Owned aka Mickey Moused comic book movies out of the MCU.
Phase 4 is a joke, don't waste a dime on it. Watch films like this created by entertainers, actually looking to make the audience happier than the production companies controlling the narrative.

One of the best TV shows out there, I may be sad its ending. I still hope he somehow still acts in arrow, though I at least wish we see him on other shows.(which means he doesnt die.
Its a shame there was little character development in this films. However the idea was good I lthink it would be better as a series.

I never heard of this film. I was surfing Amazon Prime Videos and stumbled across it. Despite the shortcomings, I did not totally hate it (lol. It could have been much better. I even got a little kick out of the "special" cops.
This is a B film. However, I found it to be entertaining enough. I had no expectations and allowed the film to take me along for the ride. The ride was okay at best.
If you don't watch this film you are not missing anything. If you do decide to watch it just relax and go along for the ride. This film is am empty time slot filler. You're home. You're bored. You don't want to do anything and you've already seen the movies in your bucket list.
I vote this as okay to watch with low expectations if you like sci-fi, but by no means a must see. A critic can rightly point out the litany of shortcomings, but there is some mediocre entertainment and mediocre action baked into the film.
Damn the music makes it so epic.
