I tried making this soup today

何のスープかと言うと、これです。
This is what I am hoping to make.
赤紫色の根菜を使ったボルシエ。
人が作った物を食べた事はあったのですが、自分で作った事は今まありませんでした。レシピを見た後、「カナダで缶詰じゃなくて、生のビーツは売ってたっけ？」っと思いながらスーパーストアに行くと、
野菜売り場にしっかりとありました
自分が気づいてないだけで、無いのではないかって思い込んでいました。
こんなにいろんな国からの人が集まっている国、無い訳がないです
ビーツ発見がとても嬉しかったので、それで作ってみることにしました。
It is borscht which uses beats with beef and vegetables.
I have tried it before when someone else made but this is my first time making it. After looking at the recipe, I was thinking that I actually have never seen the fresh beats in the store. But, of course when I went to superstore, I found it in vegetable section. It is just that I haven't noticed before but of course I will find it, I am in Canada which is the multicultural country.
Yet I was so happy to find the fresh beats, I decided to try making the soup.
２時間煮込んで、スープをこして、仕上がりは
After cooking the pot on the stove for two hours,
始めてにしてはなかなかのお味でした。ビーツが苦手なJも残さず食べてくれました。
It was pretty good. Although beats is not J 's favorite, he finished the soup.
