"The fans in North Caroline can expect to see some great skatings at the United States championships this year. Coming as the reigning title holder from the past two seasons, you know, I would love to keep my title this year for the third year. I’ve been working really hard this year. I have two brand new programs from two brand new choreographers for me. They are very different and unique. They are lot more extravagant, lot more powerful and strong. These programs will really come across to the audience real dramas as well as judges. To stand at the podium at the United States championships is the huge accomplishment. You know, it’s not the one to be taken lightly. You can be successful in the US. It really brought a lot of weight. It means something. The United States has amazing talents. You have Adam Rippon who is 2010 Four Continents champion. There are Ryan Bradley and Brandon Mroz, both of them I trained with previously, who had been on the national podium before and had been to the world championships as well. There’s a lot to work out for. We have a legacy. It’s not…any one of us are taken lightly. We are all very proud to be from the United States and we are all very proud to represent our country. This year’s championships is not going to be exception at all."
