Yesterday I took the class of action acting teaching by Shane Kosugi.









ストレッチに 軽い筋トレに
マットをつかって側転したり倒立したり…


We did some kinds of stretching and training and tumbling like carwheels and handstand etc.. with matt.



タンブリングってやっぱり楽しいなぁ♪

簡単じゃないけど、何回も何回もやってるうちにコツをつかんで出来るようになっていく感覚がなんともいえない～💕✨



I really like tumbling it's so fun!!

Of course it's not easy for me but it's getting better during many times practice..

I like the feeling when I understand the points for good act.💕✨





あとね、いちばん大好きなのは殺陣。

Im interesting Tate it's the best action actionacting  I like.



殺陣はもちろん剣道もやったことないけど、

お父さんが昔、警察官の時に県警の代表で大会にも出たそうで興味があったんだぁ☺✨

I've never experience of playing Tate and Kendo, but my father was good at Kendo when he was a young police officer.

I have interested in Kendo when I hard my father was a top player of Kendo in his police office's area and he also appeared the tournament.☺✨
