ネパール New Year! ⭐️

Friday was Nepali New Year.🌟

4/14 はネパールの元旦でした。🎉

なので Kathmandu にあるお寺、Swayambhunath Buddhist temple (モンキーお寺)を見に行きました！🐒

New Year のお祝いのために街中の人が集まって賑やかでした。✨

So we visited the Swayambhunath Buddhist temple (monkey temple) on top of the hill in the Kathmandu valley。🐒

Swayambhunath was covered with people gathered here to celebrate the coming of the new year. 🙌🏻

その後にはBhaktapar という場所に行きました。Bhkatapar は2015年の地震で被害が大きかった地域です。

そこにある JOICFP が支援しているYouth Center を見に行きました。そこでは図書館やカウンセリングを受けられる場所です。📚

でも地震のせいで建物がくずれてしまいました。。

私が先月走った White Ribbon Run であつまった義援金がそこの建設のためにおくられます。💪🏻

We then went to Bhkatapar, which is an area of Nepal that was damaged very badly by the 2015 earthquake.  

There is a youth center there that was built for the kids to have a safe place to gather and interact with peers. They also receive free library access, counseling, and many more. 

However due to the 2015 earthquake, the building was destroyed. 

My White Ribbon Run charity that I took part in last month has raised money to help rebuild this youth center. 

夜には FPAN の会長とご飯をしながら色々なお話しを聞きました。

彼女は世界中が認められてる素晴らしい女性です。

父親はpolice force で夫は軍隊ではたいて、彼女も4歳の息子を育てながらFPAN の会長として働いてます。地震の36時間後にはFPAN の事務所にすぐ働きはじめ、自分の家族を支えながらネパールの人たちのaid をしてました。❤️

At night time, we met the president of FPAN, Amu Singh Sijapati.

She is a well respected women worldwide who has helped changed the lives of many people. 

Having a father in the police force and a husband in the army, she still takes care of her 4 year old child while managing to help the lives of many women and children throughout Nepal.

夜には FPAN の会長とご飯をしながら色々なお話しを聞きました。

彼女は世界中が認められてる素晴らしい女性です。

She is such an inspiration to many, and I hope I can touch the lives of many as she has done for many throughout the world.
