晚上去嘗試了一家新的拉麵店

I went to try this new ramen place 




GYOZA BAR

是MIKU日式餐廳旗下的拉面餃子店

MIKU是在溫哥華頗有名氣的西/日FUSION餐廳

所以他們的拉麵店是現時年輕人的拉面HOTSPOT~


Gyoza Bar

A ramen restaurant under the rather well-known Japanese fusion restaurant- Miku.
With its opening, it's the new ramen hotspot for the younger crowd in Vancouver

是晚著上新入手的復古風連衣裙

有點點像AUDREY HAPBURN的感覺很可愛


I wore this yellow retro style onepiece for the night
It sort of reminds me of Audrey Hapburn's style which I find is very cute

小食~西班牙鯖魚

其實就是日本的サバ, 但西式製法

Appetizer~Spanish Mackerel
It is basically the Japanese "saba", but western style

餃子

有2種醬汁~甜醬油和日式餃子汁

個人覺得餃子太軟

還是覺得如果餃子皮是脆脆的才好吃


Gyoza
There are 2 types of sauces, the Japanese gyoza sauce and a sweet soy sauce
I find the gyoza is too soft. I prefer crunchy texture when it comes to pan fried gyoza

很西式的雜菜拼盤CRUDITE

這是法國南部和意大利的家庭菜式

醬汁用上了味噌, 是日本風味的CRUDITE


Vegetable Crudite
This is an European dish popular in southern France and Italy
This crudite used Japanese miso as the base of the dipping sauce
It is my favorite appetizer of all I have tried

拉麵~番茄番紅花湯底的海鮮拉麵

吃上去很像法式海龍皇湯+湯意粉

很有趣~而且頗好吃

下次要再來呢~~~~~

Ramen~ Tomato Saffron seafood ramen
It tastes just like Bouillabaisse and the ramen's texture is like linguine
I really enjoyed this "pasta" in bouillabaisse and find it quite interesting.
I shall be back next time trying out more items from their menu
