起床後已是TEA TIME時段
所以特別喜歡在周日去TEA
I always spent my Saturday night at the club or my favorite bar partying till late. So by the time I woke up, it is already too late for Sunday brunch. I especially like to have afternoon tea as my first meal of the day in weekend.

所以決定一個人去享用 CREAM TEA
I didn't have any date today so I decide to go for some cream tea with myself
地點是茶專賣店~TEAVERS
The location is at a tea boutique selling specialize fine teas~ Teavers
也有很多茶具售賣
There are also many tea wares for sale
我特別喜歡這設計獨特的茶壺
I really like this tea pot with an interesting design
轉移玉步到茶室
店員會為客人展示一SET店內何享用的TEA SAMPLE
讓客人挑選合口味的茶
我發現這家茶店茶的種類也很齊全
特別是中式茶也有很多其他茶室喝不到的~如白茶類
基本口味的西茶, 花茶等也有很多不錯的選擇

The server will bring you a set of tea samples for you to choose. I find this tea house provide a decent variety of tea, especially the Chinese ones. It even has some rather rare type of Chinese tea such as tea from the white tea category. Other than that it has some basic Western tea produced in India and aromatic herbal teas.

我今天點了EARL GREY SCONE
溫暖的SCONE漂著香香的佛手柑味道
SCONE會配WHIPPED CREAM
如果想要果醬的話要另行購買

There are few types of cookies, toasts, and scones to choose from
I had their Earl Grey scone which comes with a side of whipped cream
Jam is not provided, but you can buy from their tea boutique
Scones are served very warm with a delightful earl grey aroma.
It is delicious compare to other scone I had in Hong Kong

I had rose tea today.
Their teas are usually accompany buy some small desserts
After the cream tea, I spent sometime reviewing some French lessons while having that rose tea. It is always nice to make the most out of your day o(^▽^)o
