I was a bit shocked when I realize my skin tone became darker compare to last year (yea, my bad in being careless in my skin care routine >_< ). When I realize my skin need to go through a whitening skin care routine, I always choose Sekkisei by Kose.

It was during my High School years that I found Sekkisei being one of the best skin whitening product I ever used. It use to be a solo product~ a toner with whitening effect. Nowadays it developed into 3 lines- basic, supreme, and excellent.
I bought a toner from the supreme line with its effective ingredient including, Angelica, Melothria, Croix seeds: Angelic has antiseptic, brightening and moisturizing effects; Melothria has brightening effect , Croix seeds promotes fair skin with its moisturizing effect. And a herb which means "blue water extract" when translated literally with the effect to anti-oxidation, and whitening.
I also got a bottle of essence from the EXCELLENT line. It contains Sasa Veitchii (antiseptic), Croix seed, Licorice (harmonize other herbs in aid for brightening effect), and Mugwort which can suppress melanin.
